Varga Mihály: 5 billion HUF tender to be launched for food companies
A 5 billion HUF tender will be launched to support the investments of Hungarian food companies, Minister of Finance Varga Mihály said in a video published on his Facebook page on Monday.
Hungarian food companies were able to ensure the country’s food supply even in the most difficult months of the pandemic situation, and even to expand their exports, he emphasized. As he said, the food industry is a strategic sector, so the government wants to strengthen self-sufficiency in this area as well. (MTI)
