The Hungarian Tourism Agency is promoting the Gastronomy of the V4 countries
Specially seasoned goulash, rethought Somlói noodles, dumplings, duck meat with cherry chips – among others, these dishes can be tasted at the SIRHA Budapest 2018 international food and HoReCa trade fair between 7 to 9 February.
The Hungarian Tourism Agency (MTÜ), in cooperation with the Hungarian Bocuse d’Or Academy and SVÉT (Stylish Rural Restaurants), presents the gastro-culture of the V4 countries, the Czech Republic, Poland, Slovakia and Hungary. The dishes can be tasted between 12 to 18 February, within the week of V4 Menus in the joining restaurants.
