U.S.A.: improving labor market prospects
The lowest unemployment benefits claimed in the United States for the first time since nearly one and a half years ago. Last week -seasonally adjusted – the number of new claims were 432 thousand, 22 thousand less than a week before.
The data released on Thursday, is the most positive since July 2008.
A total of 7.2 million jobs were lost, since the beginning recession in the world's largest economy. The December unemployment data will be published next week, by the U.S. Government – reports Profitline.hu.
