NÉBIH can reduce the waste of food from EU funds
The European Committee supports the implementation of environmentally friendly projects from more than 220 million euros.
The National Food Chain Safety Office (NÉBIH) receives 1 million euros funding to implement programs that are part of the Hungarian national food waste prevention plan.
The project aims to reduce the amount of waste from households, and to change the habits of the population related to food waste. (MTI)
