The Praktiker rethought its customer loyalty scheme
The customers may won the transformation of the domestic market for DIY stores. Praktiker rethought its strategy, with an emphasis on the conversion of the quality customer loyalty system.
There is a significant change between the former and current customer loyalty scheme. The available discount rate of the purchases can rise up to 10 percent. Refund is available after 50 thousand HUF instead of the earlier 150 thousand HUF. Earlier, a 20 percent discount was applied to the delivery service, now all services available in the store will be such cheaper for the regular customers.
