Danube Wineregion will be re-positioned
Hungary's greatest winegrowing area, Danube Wineregion is going to be re-positioned by Agrármarketing Centrum (AMC) soon – a press conference was centered around this opic on Thursday where joutnalists had the chance to tasteb the most popular wines of the wineregion Hajós-Bajai, Csongrádi and Kunsági.
The host of the event was András Horkay, CEO of Central European Wineregion (CEVI), and he pointed out: last year the Danube Wineregion could only offer third of the usual guantity of wine due to deplorable weather conditions. Last year, 3.1 million hectloiters of wine were produced in Hungary, 1.1 liter within thr Danube Wineregion. This year is going to better.
