Some new competition rules
In 2018 Torino will be the host of the European final of the Bocuse d’Or chef competition. Ádám Pohner and his commis, Richárd Csillag will represent Hungary in the final, which will be organised on 11-12 June. Instead of the former 14 portion-requirement, this time chefs will have to prepare 15 portions from both dishes, which makes certain arrangement types impossible. The vegetarian dish will have a secret ingredient. //
