More tourism sectors are joining the data center
Following the accommodations, restaurants and tourist attractions will join the National Tourist Information Center (NTAK) from November as another important step in data-driven sector management, Guller Zoltán, CEO of the Hungarian Tourism Agency (MTÜ) said at a press conference in Budapest on Thursday.

The number of people connected to the NTAK system will be expanded from November
He added that this will provide up-to-date data on the full spectrum of tourism from the second half of next year. The NTAK system, introduced about 2.5 years ago, currently analyzes and stores data from 42,000 accommodations, from which accurate forecasts can also be made. They see, among other things, which settlement they came from which countries. In addition, MTÜ analyzes both mobile cell data and credit card spending. (MTI)
