Registered customers can continue using their cards, but from now on those who register can only get virtual cards. The Rossmann+ programme was launched in 2019 with the goal of rewarding the trust of regular customers. In 2023 300,000 new members joined the Rossmann+ VIP programme, bringing the total number to over 2 million. By phasing out plastic cards, Rossmann will save nearly 3 tonnes of plastic per year. //
