The Auchan Magyarország Kft. won the Disability-Friendly Workplace award of the Salva Vita Foundation for the first time in 2010, then in 2012, and this year for an additional two years.
Since 2010, the number of staff working with changed abilities is steadily increasing every year at the retail chain. Their number has now reached more than 360 people. The first team of employees with changed abilities strenghtened the team in the store in Dunakeszi, since then, more and more clerks, hosts, pickers, shop-assistants and bakers with disabilities are working at the company, whose work was almost impossible before.
