New CEO at Heineken Hungária
The Dutch-born José Matthijssen is leading the Heineken's Hungarian subsidiary from 15 March. The new leader is willing to continue the initiatives that help domestic suppliers, and she is also committed in helping the local communities.
She arrived from Haiti to Hungary, where she worked as Heineken's local chief executive for four years. One of her most important task was to integrate the local farmers into the production chain, as well as to develop close co-operation with them.
She replaces Joris Huijsmans, CEO of Heineken Hungária, who led the company since 2014.
