A new trademark guarantees the quality of Hungarian fish
The Ministry of Agriculture (FM) and the Hungarian Aquaculture and Fisheries Intermediary Organization introduced a new trademark to guarantee the quality of the Hungarian fish – Fazekas Sándor, Minister of Agriculture said at a press conference in Budapest on Friday.
Fazekas Sándor emphasized that the quality Hungarian fish certification mark allows consumers to easily distinguish Hungarian-quality fish from other fish species, fish products, especially sea fish.
The minister explained that the trademark can be acquired by any party in the product chain in the ascending system if the product meets the criteria. (MTI)
