The Association of Dietitians issued new dietary recommendations
The Association of Hungarian Dietitians (MDOSZ) has compiled the latest nutritional recommendations – the MDOSZ told MTI Thursday.
According to the Communication, the recommendation prepared for healthy adults suggests to consume complete or whole grain cereal products every day at leat once, fruits and vegetables four times a day (raw at least once a day).
One should consume milk and dairy products every day, however, low with fat content from the latter.
The recommendation suggests fish consumption at least once a week, while consumption of organ meats (such as liver) is limited to once a week. (MTI)
