Abonett enters the snack market with new sandwiches
This summer Abonett Kft. put four new sandwich products on the market. The Abony-based family enterprise, which specialises in extruded crackerbreads, also gave products a new packaging design and added new flavours to the crackerbread product portfolio – informed Zoltán Szebeni, who leads the company together with his brother Ákos. In 2019 two new gluten-free crackerbreads (linseed and vegetables) and three new organic variants came out – shoppers can already choose from 14 Abonett flavours.
The company also rolled out gluten-free, ‘on-the-go’ crackerbread sandwiches, two salty and two sweet sandwiches can be bought in the company’s online shop and in the stores of selected retail chains. Zoltán Szebeni revealed that they only work with local suppliers if possible, so it is very important for Abonett to display a Hungarian Product logo on the crackerbreads and sandwiches. //
