A new chef is working at the head of Arany Kaviár
In the person of Bence Molnár, a young, outstandingly talented, returning figure of the Bocuse d’Or chef competition series, the restaurant’s offer is shaped, who, in addition to preparing lovable dishes, respecting traditions and raw materials, also considers the zero waste approach very important.
The iconic owners of the Arany Kaviár Restaurant, Attila Molnár and Szása Nyíri, confirmed a new chef in the person of Bence Molnár.
The name of Bence Molnár (24) may sound familiar to followers of Hungarian gastronomic events and the young generation of chefs. Bence is a recurring figure in the Bocuse d’Or chef competition series, where he first reached the world finals in Lyon as a commis alongside István Veres, and then last year he made his mark as a competitor in the domestic finals.
