The new dairy-free strawberry “cheesecake” is Ben & Jerry’s first vegan ice cream this year, and is made from a revamped oat-based recipe by the company, which entered the dairy-free ice cream market in 2016. Strawberry Cheezecake joins nearly two dozen dairy-free flavours already available, including favourites such as Chocolate Fudge Brownie and Netflix & Chilll’d. //
