New Hungarian developed marketing tool in the shops

Laurel Computer Systems Ltd. developed and put into service a world novelty indoor marketing tool. The gastronomic destination computer, providing information which also helps in choosing wines.

 Laurel Ltd.’s wine information terminal, also called digital somelier was recently installed on an experimental basis in two CBA businesses. The marketing tool within the store, is based on IBM’s AnyPlace Kiosk destination computer, which is the combination of an active infrared technology touchscreen and a bar code reader. The development was inspired by the fact, that 70-75 percent of the customer decisions happen within the store and bad decisions, because of ignorance reduces the consumer mood.
With the new marketing tool, customers will be informed of the contents of the bottle, but food offers also be requested with recipes, or vice versa, choosing wine for a food.
