New steps from Unilever against climate change
Unilever has announced new measures and commitments aimed at taking even stronger action against climate change, protecting and renewing the environment, and so that we can conserve natural resources for future generations.
As part of this, the company wants to achieve net zero emissions for all its products by 2039. In addition, by helping and working with new generations of smallholder and farmers, it will lead programs to protect and restore forests, soil and biodiversity, and work with governments and other organizations in water-scarce areas to improve communities ’access to water.
