A new head chef in the Rogner

From 1 of June Zoltan Barcza (38) will be the head chef of Rogner Hotel & Spa Lotus Therme***** in Heviz, his deputy will be Attila Tatar (32).

Both professional receives his master chef degree since 21
April.

The Hotel's Corvinus Restaurant is one of the 100 best
Hungarian Restaurants honored by Hungarian National Gastronomic Assosiation. In
the Hotel's cuisine there are 30 crew, they yearly cook 300 000 portion dishes.
