New rental business manager at Prohuman – the goal is to activate the domestic workforce
From February, Balázs Izsó will continue his work in the Prohuman team as head of the temporary staffing business.
With the arrival of the new manager, the goal of the market-leading Hungarian HR service provider is still to offer a solution to the labor demand and HR challenges of domestic companies by activating the Hungarian workforce wherever possible.
Balázs Izsó started his HR career 7 years ago in the production area. In addition to leasing, he also dealt with brokerage, outsourcing, and sales. Prohuman has been strengthening its team since the fall of 2023. In addition to professional supervision, his main task in his new position will be the development of a new business development strategy, the development and follow-up of B2B activities and campaigns, as well as the support of processes aimed at activating the domestic labor market reserves.
