New and innovative real estate services company appears in the Hungarian market
The new real estate services company is named Nhood, and the new Hungarian company is called Nhood Services Hungary Kft.
In January 2021 Antoine Grolin, Chairman of Ceetrus and Nodi announced the creation of a new ‘mixed use’ property management and development services company, Nhood. The reason for setting up the new company is twofold. On the one hand, the separation of the real estate assets of Ceetrus Property, and on the other hand the merging of the employees of Ceetrus and Nodi under a well-remembered, unified brand name.
In Hungary in addition to Ceetrus Hungary Kft., Nhood Services Hungary Kft. will start its operation as a new company. The group has appointed Pascal Steens, a real estate expert with almost 30 years of construction experience to lead both companies. In addition to managing the real estate assets of Ceetrus, Decathlon and Auchan, it also aims to involve new business partners in its future operations. Nhood’s start-up portfolio consists of nearly 300 commercial sites in Europe. Its long-term goals include achieving carbon neutrality by 2030, systematic reintegration of biodiversity, acquisition of Breeam in Use certificates, creation of sites for a mix of different social layers and generations, and contribution to boosting the local economy through job creation.
