Praktiker has appointed a new HR and CSR Director in the person of Andrea Nagy-Jakab, who has many years of experience in the human resources management of large companies. At Praktiker, which has a dominant position on the domestic market and employs 1,600 people, the new manager, in addition to the strategic planning and management of HR and CSR, considers it his priority to provide the organization with quick and appropriate human resources responses to the latest challenges affecting the retail industry.
From December 2023, Praktiker appointed a new HR and CSR Director. Andrea Nagy-Jakab has many years of experience in managing the human resources area of large companies, in the stable operation of recruitment and selection and everyday HR tasks, as well as in the up-to-date application of labor market regulations. In addition, the specialist managed several significant changes during his career, so with his management, the dominant domestic DIY store chain can respond even more effectively to the latest challenges related to the retail sector, such as digital changes.
The new HR and CSR Director said that in the future they would like to place even greater emphasis on the further training of colleagues, because they believe it is important for customers to see that even the most difficult home renovation tasks can be solved with the help of Praktiker.
