The Budapest University of Economics (BGE) student team of four won second place in this year’s STR Global Student Market Study Competition, an international tourism market analysis world competition.
Smith Travel Research (STR) is an international consulting company with the world’s largest hotel database, which has been organizing an online competition for university students to analyze its own database for several years. This year’s world competition will be held on November 19-20, 2022. was organized between, on the first day the students of the bachelor’s program and on the second day the finalists of the master’s program measured their knowledge. The teams formulated conclusions and proposals for investors and market stakeholders based on the analysis of the situation of the last 12 years, especially before, during and after the epidemic period.
