Online shoppers are saving more consciously this year
The coronavirus pandemic has given a significant boost to the development of domestic e-commerce: in the second quarter of this year, almost 10 percent of total retail sales took place online.
According to the experience of the price comparison portal Olcsóbbat.hu, in this uncertain period, shoppers are more consciously filtering on cheaper products, which also makes web stores more price competitive. The portal expects that due to the price sensitivity of consumers, this year’s Black Friday turnover may even exceed last year’s level.
