Top Employers Hungary: for the first time this year, the best workplaces can be found by industry

wherewework has presented its latest ranking of the most attractive Hungarian employers of 2025. The compilation shows how employee expectations have changed and which organizations have been able to respond to them best. This year’s results also reflect the current state of the labor market: those companies that are able to create a safe, predictable and development-supportive environment for their employees have come out on top.

Top Employers wherewework Hungary aims to make the domestic labor market more transparent and provide a realistic picture of where employees can find real appreciation, development opportunities and people-centered operations. The list is not only a recognition for the awarded companies, but also serves as a compass for all those who want to build or choose a sustainable and authentic workplace culture in the long term.

What is new this year is that for the first time in the history of the ranking, the results can be viewed by industry. This helps employees to more easily compare the leading employers in different sectors and offers the HR profession a credible basis for evaluating corporate cultures. The overall results mainly reflect overall satisfaction, but also take into account, among other things, salary and benefits, development opportunities, work-life balance, management operations, and corporate culture and values[1].
