Trends show that healthy lifestyle, good nutrition are more and more attentive in our everyday lives than a few years ago. What can we do to make the most of the nutrition while keeping our shape?
“The role of fruits and vegetables in preserving our health is very important. They ensure the optimal functioning of our body with their rich vitamin, mineral and antioxidant content so we better consume different vegetables and fruits more than 4 times a day. Fortunately, there is a wide range of products in the autumn, as there is a season for the pumpkin, cabbage and apples, quince and pears” – Erdélyi-Sipos Alíz, Nutrition Specialist, Secretary General of the Hungarian Association of Dietetics said.
