Wandering in Tolna and Baranya
Trade magazine has been invited to a press trip in Tolna and Baranya counties.
The first stop in the tour was Donautica Hotel and Restaurant in Fadd-Dombori that opened in January 2019. In Pécs we participated in the wine tasting festival of the Pannon Wine Region Top 25 wine competition. The venue was the Jókai Event House where 17 jury members assessed 140 wines from 45 wineries. From the top wines 13 came from the Villány, 5 from the Szekszárd and 33 from the Tolna and Pécs wine region, and one entered the competition marked as a ‘Pannon’ wine. The special day ended with visiting the Kóstolda Roma restaurant. Colourful Pearls Association opened the first so-called Roma flat restaurant in Pécs in 2015, with the supervision of Anna Várnai. //
