Hungarian researchers produced milk replacer products from eggs
An embryo that develops in an egg has all the conditions to hatch a healthy bird, and in human nutrition, the egg is a balanced source of most of the vital nutrients. Researchers at the Faculty of Agriculture and Environmental Sciences of Szent István University have also noticed its multifaceted nature – origo wrote.
A number of studies are currently being carried out, for example, on the production of dairy substitutes using eggs. At the Institute of Animal Husbandry of the Faculty of Agriculture and Environmental Sciences of Szent István University (SZIE), several researchers are exploring the factors determining egg quality – magyarmezogazdasag.hu wrote.
