Kraft Heinz acquires majority stake in Just Spices
Kraft Heinz announced to have completed the acquisition of an 85-percent stake in the Germany-based Just Spices GmbH. The remaining 15 percent are retained by the three founders. Just Spices was founded in 2014 and owns a portfolio of 170 products.
