Hundreds of thousands of fake chocolates were seized by the financiers
More than 30 million HUF worth fake confectionery were seized by the financiers near Lajosmizse – the National Tax and Customs Administration (NAV) informed MTI.
Fehér Andrea, the press officer of the NAV’s Bács-Kiskun County Tax and Customs Directorate, said that the financiers had checked a Bulgarian truck on the M5 motorway. When screening the vehicle about 350,000 chocolate eggs and chewing gums were found in the cargo area with a copyright mark. The perpetrators caused the rightholder approximately 34 million forints loss, due to the unauthorized use of trademarks. (MTI)
