More than a hundred kinds of foods await the guests of the Fish Festival

The 4th Budapest Fish Festival awaits its guests with more than a hundred kinds of fish meal, fish species, cooking contest, children's programs and music concerts to the Millennium Park between 12 and 14 February.

The more than 200 exhibitors are preparing with a number of specialties such as Szegedi Giant Cauldron, giant catfish cooking. The event gives priority attention to the gray catfish, the largest fish in Hungarian waters. The organizers promised that even sausage will be made of every fish at the gastronomic festival. (MTI)
