More than half a million people are now eligible for their dream home in Buda
Players collect points mainly by purchasing the Five-digit Lottery and Eurojackpot to have a chance to win their dream home in Buda. The modern apartment in the 12th district can be won in the Szerencsejáték Zrt. Player Card apartment prize campaign. In the past two months, more than 510 thousand people have already won the right to participate in the March apartment prize draw – in addition to the weekly cash prizes.
Szerencsejáték Zrt. relaunched its Player Card campaign for the second time this September, the main prize of which this time is a modern property worth 110 million forints located in the Királyhágó Residence residential park in the 12th district. The future winner of the apartment will be chosen from among those who enjoy number games, e-tickets and sports betting. The apartment prize was brought back by Szerencsejáték Zrt. in 2023, after about 50 years. The prize of the game launched last year and closed by drawing lots in March this year was a penthouse-style apartment in the Somfa Liget residential park in the 10th district. In view of the great success, the national lottery company announced the apartment prize game again.
The representative research of 1,000 people conducted by Szerencsejáték Zrt. in July 2024 mapped out in detail the ideas of Hungarians about home. According to the respondents, home is more than a physical space: the majority of respondents see it as the center of family life. This is especially true for those living in smaller settlements and those over 60. According to the research, quiet surroundings (84%), green areas (79%) and good accessibility (76%) are the most important for respondents. Young people value proximity to work and entertainment opportunities more, while older people value the availability of services and proximity to family more. The Buda property that can be won during the Player’s Card campaign meets many of the criteria that Hungarians use to define their dream homes.
