According to data published by the CSO at the beginning of last summer, the volume of retail sales decreased by 10% in April last year compared to April 2019. The decrease was entirely caused by the epidemic situation and affected different parts of the country: while traffic decreased in and around the capital and the western part of the country, traffic increased less in some eastern districts. .
