Magazine: More than just a box
Shelf-ready packaging solutions are much more than a box with products inside. Their value is growing and they have more and more functions. We learned from Árpád Keskeny Jr, the owner of Keskeny Print House, that they manufacture many types of collective-offering boxes for food and drug companies.
Box Print – FSD Packaging Kft. manufactures shelf-ready collective packaging that not only motivates for buying, but is also fast and easy to display, thanks to which retailers can save time – informed managing director Attila Fazekas. What is more, since they don’t contain plastic, these designs are also more eco-friendly.
Kálmán Magyar, managing director of AMCO Kft.’s managing director Kálmán Magyar pointed it out to us that they help partners to plan the packaging process that suits their needs the best, together with selecting and buying the machinery needed for it.
Thanks to the innovation work done by Dunapack, the company’s collective packaging designs also function as shelf-ready packaging – revealed technical key account manager Vikor Seenger.
Zoltán Tóth, the head of STI Petőfi Printing House’s product innovation division reckons that most shelf-ready packaging solutions simplify and facilitate the displaying of products in stores. In 2019 the company developed many innovative shelf-ready designs for brand owners.
According to Zsolt Miklós, managing director of Rondo Corrugated Board Kft., this means that the products they contain don’t need to be repackaged at any point in the supply chain.
Hedvig Mattyasovszky, sales director of Metsä Group told our magazine that thanks to the excellent printability of their white kraftliners, they can always reproduce the colours of the given brand. //
