Banks have raised their SME lending commitments by more than 30 percent
Credit institutions have raised their SME lending commitments by more than 30 percent on Thursday on the Hungarian National Bank’s (MNB) HIRS tender – the central bank published on its website.
Banks made a bid of 227.79 billion HUF for the announced 300 billion HUF, which the MNB has accepted. As a result of the tenders in 2016 and as the result of the current tenders, the banks’ HIRS stock increased from 679 billion HUF to 906 billion HUF. (MTI)
