The commercial real estate portfolio of the Appeninn Nyrt. increased to 93,000 square meters last year

Last year, the number of properties owned by the Appeninn Vagyonkezelő Holding Nyrt. (Appeninn Nyrt.) increased from 18 to 41, from nearly 63,000 square meters to 93,000 square meters of gross rentable area which is a 47 percent increase.

It was recalled that the company published its strategy for the period until 2022 in June 2018, in which the company plans to develop in the next few years with the acquisition and development of high-performance, high-quality office buildings and retail properties in the next few years, to create a real estate portfolio that provides investors long-term high yields and stable cash flows.
