In 2007, Master Good Kft. enhanced its position in the retail market by getting a number of new products listed by practically all the major retail chains and substantially boosting production. In 2008, they intend to continue increasing the number of products listed and to expand sales. This year, more emphasis will be placed on the sale of farm chicken, kept in a natural environment, using press campaigns, in-store promotions, price promotions and other media activities. Turkey products will be added to their assortment in 2008. They tried to adapt some of their convenience products originally manufactured for export, to the Hungarian market in 2007. Some failed, while others became successful. They also intend to develop a new product in the filled products segment in 2008. Constant innovation is a major strength of Master Good Kft. During 2007, they attended several food and packaging technology exhibitions. They intend to introduce revolutionary, new packaging solutions in the Hungarian market in the spring. Introduction of the new packaging system will be accompanied by a new image as well. Production capacity will not be expanded in 2008, but it will be modernised. Sampling promotions guaranteed the success of marketing activities in the second half of 2007. This is why direct communication will continue to remain in the focus. . It is also their intention to enhance competitiveness by further improving the price/value ratio. In addition to their nation-wide sales network, they have already begun to get their products listed by the retail chains of neighbouring countries. Master Good has offered co-operation for the retail sector using its experience accumulated in the field of product development. They already have a partner in this field, but its identity is still a secret. However, it is no secret that they were contacted by several retail chains with a request to develop products with substantial added value for them at the end of 2007.
