Business leaders fear the use of humor in customer relationships, according to a survey
While 91 percent of people like to have brands funny and 72 percent would choose a humorous brand over the competition, 95 percent of business leaders fear using humor in customer relationships, according to a survey.
According to new research by Oracle Fusion Cloud Customer Experience (CX) and five-time New York Times bestselling writer and podcaster Gretchen Rubin, people want brands to smile and make you laugh, yet business leaders are afraid to use humor. (MTI)
