Takarék Index: vineyards are the most expensive at Lake Balaton among the wine regions
Among the wine regions of Hungary, vineyards and real estate are the most expensive in the Balaton wine region.
An average of one hectare of vineyard costs almost 3 million HUF there, and for residential properties one had to pay almost 660,000 HUF per square meter last year in the Balatonfüred-Csopak wine region last year, the Takarék Group according to the data of the Takarék Index compiled by analysts sent to MTI on Thursday.
