They met members of the Academy and went to Café Erté, Bock Bisztró and Gundel. They spoke with great respect about the cuisine of Bock Bisztró, the kitchen of Lajos Bíró. They walked around the Central Market Hall on Fővám Sqaure, tasting mangalica salami, hot sausage, lángos and gulyás soup, while answering our questions.
