We are addicted to our habits: Wick surveyed drug selection habits around colds in the winter
During 2019, Wick conducted a consumer survey that sheds light on consumer behavior and factors that influence drug selection. Best practices for self-healing or pharmacist opinion are crucial in treating the symptoms of colds and flu.
Wick interviewed 400 shoppers between the ages of 20 and 55 over the past week who had bought a medicine to relieve the symptoms of a cold or flu over the past 12 months.
In the research, on the one hand, they were interested in their shopping habits related to colds and flu, what their consumer needs are, what products and brands they use, and, on the other hand, consumer awareness was assessed as well.
