You can also pay for New Year’s hot dogs at Auchan with a SZÉP card
At New Year’s Eve, interest in hot dogs and alcoholic beverages, especially champagne, increases every year. There will be no shortage of popular products in Auchan stores this year either, and most of them are sold even cheaper than last year. The obligatory New Year’s Eve treats can be purchased from them until 4 p.m. on December 31. You can even pay for food with a SZÉP card, which, however, will only be valid for hot meals in accordance with legal regulations from January.
Hot dogs did not become a New Year’s Eve dish by chance, as they can be easily prepared in a few minutes and can be eaten on their own, but they also go perfectly with salads, and you can make a variety of appetizers from them, for example stuffed into puff pastry.
Auchan offers several types of poultry, pork, and veal hot dogs throughout the year. Based on the experience of the past years, customers are also looking for these proven products on New Year’s Eve, even though the supermarket chain also prepares many delicacies for the holiday. However, according to customers, pork hot dogs are still the most popular, of which the 180, 200, 2*200, 400 and 500 gram packages are available all year round, while the large 800 gram package is the most popular on New Year’s Eve. We can buy hot dogs at a more favorable price compared to last year, and in addition to high-quality own-brand products, we can also plan additional promotions in the last days of the year.
