Kroger opens ghost kitchens in two stores
Supermarket chain Kroger Co. has opened ghost kitchens – a kitchen that prepares food exclusively for delivery or to go – in two stores, in partnership with technology start-up ClusterTruck. The kitchens are approximately 93m² big and make a variety of freshly prepared meals on-demand without service or delivery fees.
