Széll Tamás, the chef of Onyx came into the finals of Bocuse d'Or Europe
Széll Tamás, the chef of the Onyx Restaurant in Budapest won the Hungarian finals of the Bocuse d'Or international chef competition on Thursday in Budapest, and thus the opportunity to represent the country at the European continent finals on 10-11 May, that will also be held in Budapest.
Six chefs were competing to get into the European finals of Bocuse d'Or: Széll Tamás with his commis Szabó Kevin, Pohner Ádám (Olimpia Étterem), Győrffy Árpád (Kollázs), Sándor Rodrigo (Costes Downtown), Szabó László (Sodexo) és Volenter István (67 Étterem és Bistro). The jury consisted of experts invited by the finalists, as well as six additional international level experts. (MTI)
