Hajnalka Széll is the national marketing and customer relations director of Auchan Hungary
During the summer, a reorganization took place in the management of Auchan Hungary. All communication areas of the company are under the direction of Hajnalka Széll. In addition to the external and internal communication that already belonged to Hajnalka Széll, in the future he will also oversee marketing communication, customer relations, pricing, CSR, and corporate and stakeholder communication.
Hajnalka Széll has been under the leadership of Auchan Hungary’s entire communication since the first of September, which provides the opportunity for a more coordinated, powerful and integrated implementation in all areas, covering customers, CSR, stakeholders and pricing in addition to PR and marketing.
The new national marketing and customer relations director can boast an exceptional career at Auchan, where he joined in 2001 as manager of the cashier team of the Soroksár department store. In 2002, he became the cashier manager of the Budaörs hypermarket and then the HR manager. From 2007, he continued his work at the center, where he held the position of human resources director of central services. Between 2011 and 2015, he strengthened Auchan’s management as personnel and social director, from 2015 as training and development director, and from 2017 as national human resources and communications director. In addition to domestic experience, he also has significant international experience, as he is a member of the supervisory board at Auchan’s Spanish subsidiary, and has a strategic role in the development of the Axe2 employer brand project.
