László Selmeczi, co-president of the guild informed that they had been forced to close the educational workshop because of the Covid-19 pandemic. Luckily, at the end of May training programmes restarted, e.g. the sweeTEN 2.0 programme continued and Andrásné Kemény hosted the courses of the For Artisan Confectionery Foundation. In June the workshop hosted two rounds of the Cake of Hungary contest and the final of the Sugar-free Cake of Hungary competition. In July the guild’s headquarters was the venue of the Ice Cream of the Year 2020 competition’s final too.
