Two out of hundred catering units were suspended in the Observatory action

During the Observatory action in August the beverage offerings of nearly 100 caterings units in Budapest were investigated.

Due to serious food security issues and monitoring deficiencies the activities of two catering units were suspended temporarily by the professionals – Zsigó Róbert, Minister of State, of the Ministry of Agriculture (FM), responsible for food chain supervision told at Tuesday's press conference in Budapest.
