Hotel Association: Hungary entered the culinary elite club
Thanks to the win of Széll Tamás at the Bocuse d'Or’s European final in Budapest, Hungary occupied a better place on the world map of gastronomy, it has got into the culinary elite club – the President of the Hungarian Hotel and Restaurant Association (MSZÉSZ) told MTI on Wednesday, after the announcement of the results.
Nilai Ákos emphasized that this award obliged the workers in the entire Hungarian gastronomy and hotel industry to continue to provide even better performance and quality in services in Hungary. (MTI)
