Hotels for sustainability
According to estimates, hotels are responsible for 10% of food waste generated by the retail sector worldwide.

This is why it is so important that 12 hotels in Hungary have already joined the Munch food rescue platform: currently 10 hotels in Budapest and 2 in the countryside are participating in the initiative fighting food waste. The hotels in the capital city have already saved a total of 6,000kg of food, but it was Minaret Hotel and Restaurant in Eger that rescued the most food.
