So far two courses have been held this year. A total of 15 trade teachers participated in the “Preparation of desserts and modern creams” course, which was led by master confectioner Mária Lusztigh. An old plan of the craft union has materialised when there were enough applicants for the “Ice cream and parfait making” course in 2024. President Balázs Erdélyi told that the recipe booklet, which was compiled by master confectioner Balázs Damniczki, was full of exciting creations.

The training programme started with a very serious theoretical background. There were 8 participants in this course and the craft union hopes that it will continue next year. In November the “Modern cake decorating” course will introduce participants to the special techniques of designer cakes, led by master confectioner Katalin Bereknyei. On 9-10 December the “Chocolate making and decorating” course will be held under the leadership of Mária Lusztigh.
